We'll help you to decide what area you're interested in working on and to choose any number of hats to wear. Each hat represents a role in our organisation and they are:

| Influencer 🧢 | Guide stash-purchasing groups on how to consume ethically using our connections, tools and resources |
| People ⛑ | Recruit people and build networks, check on wellbeing of alliance members |
| Researcher 🎓 | Build our opinions on supplier ethics and how they can improve |
| Technology 🧙♀️ | Build our website and find tech solutions to facilitate other alliance members' work |
You can wear as many or as few hats as you would like, and any time you want to get involved in more things, you can put on more hats. Likewise if you have a busy period, you can pass any number of your hats over to someone else.
